I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with our authentic self. As a therapist, I offer a direct, yet compassionate presence, creating space for clients to explore their stories with curiosity, courage, and care.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices with mind-body awareness and spiritual insight—honoring the whole person and the unique path they walk. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or spiritual questions, I work collaboratively to help you uncover meaning, shift patterns, and cultivate resilience.
My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and rooted in the belief that we all carry the potential to heal, grow, and transform. I am trained in EMDR, HOCII (Healing Our Core Issues Institute), and KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy).

I have a particular passion for assisting clients in identifying and untangling patterns of chronic caregiving, emotional exhaustion, self-sacrifice, and the perfectionism that often develops in roles demanding compassion and responsibility. Together, we explore the parts of you that have learned to cope by pushing through, staying strong, or remaining calm for others - even when the cost is your own well-being. Our work focuses on reclaiming your emotional space, reconnecting to your own needs, and developing sustainable practices of rest, self-compassion, and groundedness.
Drawing on my 15 years of experience working with parents, families, and children, I have developed a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and holistic lens that honors both your inner experience and lived reality of your day-to-day life. I believe healing happens not by "trying harder" but by slowing down enough to listen to yourself, reconnect with your inner healing wisdom, and make choices aligned with what genuinely supports your well-being.
You deserve a space where you can put down the emotional load - a space where you don't have to be the caretaker, the problem-solver, or the steady one. If you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of how to keep giving without losing parts of you in the process, I am here to help!

We strive to join with individuals to create a space of support and compassion where healing can begin. We believe we all deserve to experience a life worth living. Whether it is trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, an eating disorder, or another form of mental health challenge that is preventing you from embodying your highest expression of yourself, we will work with you to remove barriers and work toward your vision of happiness and contentment.
“The soul usually knows what to do to heal itself, the challenge is to silence the mind.”
